Expert Care for a Healthier, More Confident Smile

Invisalign clear aligners are the world's leading orthodontic system custom-made to your teeth, virtually invisible to others, and engineered to realign your smile gradually. No brackets, no wires, no compromise on the way you eat, brush or smile during treatment.

At Denmark Hill Smiles, your treatment is led by Dr Jigna Joshi, our Principal Dentist and resident Invisalign specialist. Every plan begins with a precise digital scan, a considered conversation, and a clear projection of your final smile before treatment begins.

What is Invisalign?

Invisalign uses a series of clear, custom-made aligners to move your teeth gradually into their final planned position. Worn for around 20 to 22 hours a day and replaced every one to two weeks, each aligner is virtually invisible and removable for eating and brushing. Treatment is mapped in 3D before you begin so you'll see the projected result and exact timeline before your first aligner arrives.

Your Invisalign Journey

Invisalign treatment at Denmark Hill Smiles is a considered, end-to-end process - designed around precision, comfort, and outcomes that last. From your first consultation through to your final retainer, every step is planned with care and explained clearly, so you always know what to expect at every stage. Most cases take between six and eighteen months in total, depending on complexity, with brief reviews every six to eight weeks throughout your treatment.

What sets the experience apart is the level of digital planning that happens before treatment begins. Using our iTero scanner and Invisalign's ClinCheck software, we show you a precise 3D projection of your final smile, the exact timeline for getting there, and the movements your teeth will make at every stage. You commit to treatment knowing exactly what you're paying for, and exactly what the result will look like no surprises, no guesswork, no compromise on the finish.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does Invisalign work? arrow_forward_ios
Invisalign uses a series of clear, custom-made aligners — each slightly different — to move your teeth gradually into their final position. You wear each aligner for around 20 to 22 hours a day and switch to the next every one to two weeks. Your treatment is planned in 3D before you begin, so every movement is predictable and precise.
What is Invisalign? arrow_forward_ios
Invisalign is the world's most advanced clear aligner system. Custom-made from medical-grade SmartTrack plastic, the aligners are virtually invisible, removable, and engineered to deliver predictable orthodontic results — without the brackets or wires of traditional braces.
What happens on the day? arrow_forward_ios
Your first appointment is a relaxed conversation with Dr Jigna. We'll examine your teeth, take photographs and a 3D iTero scan, and discuss what you'd like to change. You'll leave with a clear sense of whether Invisalign is right for you, what the result would look like, and what it would cost — including finance options. No pressure to proceed on the day.
Does it need to be replaced? arrow_forward_ios
Each aligner is replaced every one to two weeks throughout treatment — typically between 14 and 50 aligners over the full course, depending on complexity. After treatment, you'll wear retainers nightly for the long term, with replacement retainers available as needed.
Is there a maintenance fee? arrow_forward_ios
There's no maintenance fee during treatment — all aligners, reviews and refinements are included in your initial quote. Replacement retainers after the first year are charged separately, typically around £150 per set.
